The result was ‘Last Exit to Rawk n Roll’ released in the spring of 2007 on London’t Speed City Records. Old grievances were long forgotten and the band began writing new material. They toured the SOuthern Ontario bar scene throughout the ’80s and regularly played Toronto. With bar owners hesitant to book them because of the connotations of their name they changed it to ’63 Monroe in 1980. Soon they were writing and recording their own material.
